  Avoid Dr. Ann-Mari Faircloth. Some years back I pursued litigation against her for professional negligence. I reqd over £8500 of corrective surgery for a bone graft, tissue graft , and 2 implants. I stress the incident occurred at another surgery where she worked. She carried out on a perfectly healthy tooth a root canal treatment without carrying out the mandatory x-ray and carried out the procedure without my consent. She failed to treat the correct tooth. There was failure to provide me with a diagnosis and failure to provide options for myself to make an informed decision. I was in agony after her treatment and lost 2 teeth. The healthy tooth cracked into the root and the tooth she failed to treat cracked into the root. Luckily my house hold legal expenses insurance paid for the legal costs and we settled out of court and also claimed back the litigation costs that neared £10,000. A horrendous experience in pain and lost time fighting the case and was still left several thousand pounds out of pocket.
