We went to German market in Birmingham on 26th November. Bus driver dropped us off and told us to go up the road and turn right- it was right left and right again-we had to ask a policeman the way and when we got to the market there was another Mainline coach right outside dropping off passengers!! Market was brilliant . We got back on the bus then two minutes later the coach pulled up outsid an off-licence, holding up traffic, and three people got off and came back to the bus carrying bottles and cans, I couldnt believe it. Four women behind the driver got louder and louder and crude, joined by the driver, it was unpleasant and this carried on all the way home. The driver swore several times in a loud voice and then when we got to Newport he dropped the four women off on a roundabout - incredible! We have been on lots of trips with Ticketline which we have thoroughly enjoyed but this was spoilt by a thoughtless driver, he didnt even tell us what time we would arrive at each stop in order to inform our families for pick ups. I dont know who trains these drivers but it all went badly wrong with the driver on this occasion.
